About Tommies Children's Centre
Tommies Children’s Centre is a vibrant, welcoming 84 place day nursery in Holbrooks, Coventry. Tommies offers nursery places for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years along with breakfast, after-school and holiday clubs for children of primary school. Ofsted rated Tommies as ‘Good’ at its last inspection in 2013.
At Tommies Children’s Centre, we combine the Early Years Foundation Stage with our own philosophy to provide a strong basis for learning. We believe that every child deserves to be given the very best start in life, which is why we offer additional support to those that struggle with learning difficulties, behavioural challenges or disabilities. We keep parents well informed of their child’s developmental progress, this is carried out through daily verbal and written communications with staff, regular parent’s evenings, and individual child learning profiles.
As part of the Tommies Childcare family, Tommies Children’s Centre has a professional team that prides themselves on creating warm, vibrant and interactive environments which allow children to flourish socially and emotionally.
