Keen 2 Clean are a professional cleaning company that do not charge any hidden agency fees. We offer cleaning weekly or fortnightly cleans, one off cleans, end of tenancy clean, pre tenancy cleans, ironing services, oven cleaning and carpet cleaning. We bring all our own equipment and cleaning products so you do not need to provide anything on the day. As you are not tied into a contract you are free to try our service to suit you. We charge £10.00 per hour for cleaning. We charge £12.00 per hour for end of tenancy/pre tenancy cleaning. We offer landlords a cleaning service which is suited for shared houses. Weekly cleaning services can be provided in communal areas and an update emailed weekly on the homes condition along with any problems found. A great way to keep an eye on your tenants without appearing intrusive!
