My laptop was brought in to the shop late in the afternoon. The problem ( a faulty hard drive) was swiftly diagnosed. I picked the machine up the next day with a new drive and everything backed up and all files transferred.. It was absolutely excellent service with all the details of the work carefully explained. This was the second time Computer Solutions had sorted out problems for me and I recommend them without reservation.
